Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery date).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns must be authorized by us before shipping back (see “How to Start a Return”).
Note: Items returned with missing parts, damage, or excessive wear may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
Clearance/“final sale” items labeled as non-returnable.
Gift cards and downloadable/digital products.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, the buyer pays for return shipping.
If we sent the wrong, defective, or damaged item, Peak Grounding will provide a prepaid label and cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns of wrong, defective, or damaged items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
For defective or damaged items, contact us—we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
