Return window

You may request a return within 90 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery date).

To qualify for a return

  • Include all components that came with your order (filter, cords, copper rod, mat, and setup guide).
  • Have your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) ready.
  • Email us to authorize the return first — items shipped back without authorization may not be refunded.
  • Returns missing components, or with damage beyond normal trial use, may receive a partial refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, the buyer pays for return shipping.

If we sent the wrong, defective, or damaged item, Peak Grounding will provide a prepaid label and cover return shipping.

Types of returns

Damaged or defective on arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please email support@peakgrounding.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging to start the return process.

If determined to be damaged or defective, Peak Grounding will cover return shipping by providing a prepaid label for the items. Any shipping charges originating on the customer’s behalf are not Peak Grounding’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed (for example: the customer does not use the provided prepaid label and instead purchases a label directly with a carrier, then requests the cost be reimbursed).

Change-of-mind or non-defective

Please email support@peakgrounding.com with your order number to start the return process within 90 days. Peak Grounding will then authorize the return via email and provide instructions for mailing the item. We do not charge any restocking or other fees; however, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after processing.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns of wrong, defective, or damaged items.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as other returns. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

We do not ship out any intermediary products while an exchange is being processed. However, we will do our best to expedite shipping on any orders related to exchanges to minimize down time. Be sure to tell us about the new order via support@peakgrounding.com, or include the returned order number in the notes section of the new order.

Non-returnable items

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
  • Clearance and “final sale” items labeled as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and downloadable/digital products.
