Setup

Welcome to a better, healthier, grounding experience!

Let's get your PEAK Grounding filter setup.

Step 1:

Unpack and remove all included items. Uncoil each cable on the grounding filter.

Step 2:

Determine grounding method. Are you grounding through a outlet or through a direct grounding rod?

If plugging directly into a outlet, skip all other steps and visit the bottom section: "Installing Your Dedicated Grounding Rod" then revisit this step once complete. Your setup will look similar to this:

If plugging directly into a outlet, continue reading and go to step 3. The built in wiring in your house is already setup with a existing grounding rod. Your setup will look like similar to this:

Step 3:

Plug the round cylindrical outlet end on the filter into the outlet ground.

Step 4:

Place your grounding filter at a secure, comfortable length for ease of use, especially for easy adjustments if using Pro or Extreme.

Step 5:

Connect the snap end onto your grounding end point. It commonly will be a grounding mat, but may include sheets, pillows, or other grounding connections.

Step 6:

Enjoy your new grounding filter! It is completely connected and ready to use.

Usage

Peak Basic

Simply enjoy and use! The filter will always be on and blocking unwanted frequencies.

Peak Pro

Timer Module

By default, the mechanical timer module is shipped in the "HOLD" (always on) position and ready to go!

To use the timer function, simply rotate the knob clockwise past the 1 hour "TURN PAST" mark to your desired time. We recommend a dosage of 2-4 hours for beginners, which then can be increased or decreased for the next grounding session based on your results.

To lock the timer in the "HOLD" (always on) position, simply rotate the knob counterclockwise. Due to the fully mechanical nature of the timer, it may take a bit of force to rotate. The timer is robust and can handle the force, do not be afraid of damaging it.

In the "OFF" position, the grounding connection is disconnected. This is the same as unplugging the filter from your grounding mat.

Peak Extreme

Timer Module - Dosage

By default, the mechanical timer module is shipped in the "HOLD" (always on) position and ready to go!

In the "OFF" position, the grounding connection is disconnected. This is the same as unplugging the filter from your grounding mat.

Grounding Strength - Intensity

Simply turn the knob to your desired setting!

"Beginner" provides a strong filtering effect for all polluted frequencies.

The "Advanced" setting allows more DC (0Hz) and Schumann (up to 30Hz) frequencies to flow while still massively reducing the polluted frequencies.

As the knob is turned clockwise towards "Advanced", the grounding strength changes to allow more of the natural frequencies and DC current to flow through, all the way up to the advanced setting. See the PEAK Science article for more specific information.

Combined with the timer, you get complete control of our most advanced grounding filter. Vary dosage and intensity to what works best for you! Some of these options include a strong burst for a few short hours, or go low and slow across multiple hours.

Short burst example:

  • Grounding Strength set to "Advanced"
  • Grounding Hours set to 3 hours

Low and slow example:

  • Grounding Strength set to "Beginner"
  • Grounding Hours set to 11 hours

Installing Your Dedicated Grounding Rod

Step 1:

Unpack and remove all included items. Uncoil the included 40ft extension grounding cord.

Step 2:

Determine the best location for your ground rod.

Considerations for placement:

  • Distance to window, door, or wall which the wire will pass through
  • Softness of ground (easier to dig/install, typically more conductive)
  • Wetness of ground (typically more conductive)
  • Visibility/aesthetics

Step 3:

Install the grounding rod into the ground by pushing it into the dirt. We recommend leaving no more than 2 inches (~5 cm) of the rod sticking above ground for optimal results. Depending on the toughness of the soil, a hammer may be used to fully install the rod into the ground. Digging or drilling a hole and then placing the rod also works, provided the rod is sufficiently snug once buried.

Step 4:

Plug the extension cord onto the grounding rod. It should press onto the exposed end securely.

Step 5:

Run the extension cord through your entry method of choice (window, door, hole, etc.) and into the location where the grounding end point will be. The included soft closed cell insulation foam allows for seamless installation through windows and may also be used to seal other entry methods.

Step 6:

Complete! Return to Step 3 of the main setup above and continue as normal.
