Who We Are & Agreement to These Terms

This website is operated by Peak Grounding( (Gropath Inc., DBA Peak Grounding) (“Peak Grounding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)). We provide the site, its content, and the products and services offered through it (collectively, the “Service”) subject to the terms and conditions below. By visiting our site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept all of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

Platform Notice. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

1) Online Store Terms

  • By using the Service, you represent that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have consent from a parent/guardian for any minor dependents who use the site under your supervision.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You understand your content (excluding payment card details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks and modified to meet technical requirements. Payment card data is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. Section headings are for convenience and do not limit these Terms.

Information on this site is provided for general purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is complete, current, or error-free. Any reliance on site materials is at your own risk. We may modify the site’s contents at any time without obligation to update prior posts.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

  • Some products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund/Return Policy (see that policy page for details).

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately; actual display may vary by device.

  • We may limit sales of products or services to any person, household, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

  • All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion.

  • We do not warrant that any product, service, information, or other material will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.

Health & Safety Notice (Grounding Products). Peak Grounding products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition (including but not limited to use of implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers or insulin pumps), are pregnant, or have concerns about electrical safety. Always follow product instructions, observe proper electrical grounding practices, and stop use if discomfort occurs.

6) Billing & Account Information

We may refuse any order you place. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including orders using the same account, payment method, billing and/or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number you provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update email, shipping address, and payment details as needed. Please review our Refund/Return Policy for more information.

7) Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty or endorsement. Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

We may also offer new features or services in the future (including new tools and resources). Such new offerings will be subject to these Terms.

You represent that your Comments do not violate any rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights) and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or any malware. You may not use a false identity or mislead others as to the origin of Comments. You are solely responsible for your Comments and their accuracy.

11) Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally information on the site or Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site or Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submit an order). If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16) Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing all use of the Service and notifying us. If we believe you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate or suspend access at any time without notice; you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

17) Entire Agreement; No Waiver

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted on the site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
